General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – Privacy Notice and Policy
In order to incorporate your limited company/limited liability partnership and to provide company administration services, we need certain information from you (detailed on the relevant pages). This information will be used for incorporation and administration purposes and will only be divulged to Companies House. Appropriate safeguarding measures are in place.
In accordance with our GDPR policy, no details of company officers or shareholders are kept – such information is available free of charge at www.companieshouse.gov.uk.
You have the right to view the information held at any time. Files will usually be made available to you within 24 hours of receiving your request. You may make any changes necessary at any point during the period that services are being provided. On the cessation of the provision of services, the information will be destroyed in accordance with our GDPR policy. The information will only be accessible to the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and will be not be disclosed to any other party within Reichmann & Wing Limited or any other party.
Money Laundering
We are regulated for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) purposes by Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) and in accordance with their regulations, we are required to obtain an identity report as part of the incorporation process. The report will be kept in electronic form for such period as dictated by HMRC and will be password protected, with accessibility limited to the Money Laundering Officer (MLRO). A copy of the report will be issued to you and will not be disclosed to any other party.
ACSP
In April 2025 we registered as an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP), which means that we are authorised to verify clients identities and apply on their behalf for their IDV – Goto “Changes in Company Law ” page on this site for more details.
