Company Formation

We can incorporate a company, often within 24 hours, for a fixed fee (currently £158 (including £50 Government fee and VAT) for a standard company).

All we need from you:

• company name
• nature of the business
• registered office (we can provide this service for a small annual fee)
• names of the director(s)/shareholder(s)
  • full name
  • home address
  • date of birth
  • number of shares
• and 3  of any of the following items
  • telephone number
  • national insurance number
  • passport number
  • town of birth
  • mother’s maiden name
  • father’s first name
• details of the share capital required (usually how many ordinary shares; however this can be bespoke)

By law, we are required to carry out money laundering checks on all clients.  A copy of the report is supplied, at no extra cost, with the incorporation documents.
